We have to sign one too I think. My take on it is this, the money from ppi was never ours. Had we have had the extra money pre iva, it would only have served to reduce our overdraft. Our creditors are agreeing to write off tens of thousands of pounds. If someone wants to claim it back, do it. I just want the paperwork to allow me to move forward!

I could be wrong but I don't think you have to sign anything now you have the CC? Mostly Deed's of Assignment are signed in order to get the CC sooner. They've probably sent you the deed in error surely? Or am I being naive lol

IVA approved Aug 2008 - 6 year term - last payment made 6 Oct 2014. CC received 14 Nov 2014.
