I haven’t been in and IVA since April
Last year and recieved my completition certificate in July. I was looking at possibly financing a car through a broker and apparently in their system it’s showing that I’m in an active IVA . Is have checked register and my name isn’t on there ? Any ideas why this would still be coming up ?
Have you checked your credit records to see if it is still showing on there?

Depends on what their system actually reports from ---- you have been removed from the Insolvency Register. Maybe this fact hasn't been tramsmitted to the credit reference agencies yet. As Kallis suggests, check all three.
