Hi Cath,

Don't worry, this is perfectly normal. It is highly unlikely that anyone will call and if they do you don't have to speak to them or pay them any money.

How far along the path are you?

There's the fly in the ointment --- GT have slowed almost to a stop since taking on BE's book. This will also have an impact on re-planning due to the expected arrival as they are very slow in responding of late. One of our other posters seems to have better luck getting them on the phone first thing in the morning.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

If you aren't happy then you can always change companies. It's not too late.
