I doubt very much that there is a reason good enough to in any way excuse the lack of communication more than 12 months after a final payment has been made.
It is yet another example of quite appalling case management from GT, it's time to call a spade a spade I think as far as GT are concerned.

Hope you get this sorted. Must be awful all this waiting. They should be keeping you informed at least. I finished my iva this month and dfd started working on completion two weeks before my final installment . I have been kept informed too so I really hope karol picks up for you. Should be standard practice communicating with you
