Another good reason for the lozenges, as you're eating to replace the habit rather than the addiction (if that makes any sense). Also, they're sugar free. Can have a bit of a "loosening" affect if you have too many (if you get my meaning), but they cover all the problem areas.

talking about smoking, when i put my iva together i told my ip that i smoked and my creditors allowed £20 a month on my expenditure for this - I was very suprised.

As any one else been allowed this and if so how much. Or as any one not been allowed this?

no matter how bad money gets, theirs stll alot more important things in life

James your IP must have been a smoker-even so £5 weekly. I was spending £35 each week...£140 each month. What made me think I could afford that. Still hard though. Cat
