I found the best way to keep of the ciggies was to clean the house from top to bottom including washing all the soft furnishings so I couldnt smell ciggy smoke. I bought my self fresh flowere every week and could for the first time in years smell them. Then I would treat myself to something nice to eat and marvel at the new tastes. Keep going Tina it is really worth all the hard work

I just stopped - cleaning the house made no difference as I don't do the cleaning anyway!

Well done! I seriously have to do this, I have patches and lozenges in the cupboard but need to get the mindset!

One of my clients is going to lend me her electronic fake fag next week, she gave up due to swine flu, so maybe........

I keep trying but never succeed.

I think you really have to want to give up. I've been there.

I know this sounds all new age but you have to get your head in the right space and do it for yourself.

Tina,
Hubby and I gave up together 4 years ago, We were 40 a day each smokers as well, it was hard for the first 3 weeks then it got so much easier. The worst bit was after a meal, they were the ones I used to really enjoy. I worked out last year that we had not spent over £20,000

I know if I had 20 grand sat in front of me I wouldn't set fire to it. [:D][:D]

Keep it up you are doing fantastically.
