I could not just have one. I know that if I did I would be hooked again.

Well, Ive gone and blown it. 43 days and cracked.
Heard that a real close friend has died, and out came the tabs. An excuse, but I was looking for an excuse.
Feel like CRAP.
It was only a glitch, and I have learnt from it.
Anyway, - back on it now.
Still haven't bought any! £516 saved.
Best Wishes,
Tina x

Understandable Tina and I'm sorry to hear about your loss.

At least you're back on the straight and narrow again.

Sorry to hear about your friend, I can understand it completely the first time I tried to give up 3 weeks in my son broke his arm I send hubby out of the hospital to buy some. Luckily I managed to succeed the second time I tried 4 years ago. Just dont give up trying you will eventually get there.

Sorry to hear your bad news Tina, my thoughts are with you.

I had a few when my brother died and a couple at his funeral but didn't have any more after, it got me through the day is how I saw it. x
