I remember when i gave up.I couldnt go in a pub for 3 months just in case i gave in.That seemed to be the hardest time, when having a beer.Nowadays though the temptation isnt there as you cant smoke in a pub any more.as the others have said though i am now the worst one ever getting on my high horse about smokers.
Iva finished !

WEll I'm hanging in there. Day 11. £132 saved.

The problem for me is, and I really don't think any of you will understand, is that as far as Tina is concerned the whole smoking thing is a lot lot more than just nicotine and a habit.

As Phil, I have stopped so easily, but as Tina it is a whole different ball game. I am thinking of goijg to see a shrink, as this is DEEP!!
Best Wishes,
Tina x

Perhaps you should be Phil until this is conquered?

You may well benefit from seeing a shrink.

Tbis is really good Tina!

Everytime you go out now, it has to be as Phil - that way you're not tempted!

Tina, Well done keep going, you are doing really well, I wouldn't have even dreamed of doing the whole pub thing at this stage, but when we gave up you could still smoke in pubs so it was different, as it was in front of us the whole time, and the smell of the smoke was everywhere.
Do you feel like an ex smoker yet or just a smoker who hasn't had a cigarette. It took us ages to class ourselves as ex smokers.
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine
