Hello Admin

I have got some emails from support@iva.co.uk, about 7 from various members like chris.g, emma_t, melanie, aguise with a link to read new posts etc.[?]

http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?wh ... C_ID=13900

I have not opened them yet because I am not sure what they contain. Can I have the private email address so I can forward them to you?

Has anyone else received these emails with these links?

http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?wh ... C_ID=13900

thanks

Maz

I certainly haven't.

Emails are only usually passed on as far as I know when requested and agreed to by individual members and admin sort it out.

have you subscribed to any topics? If you have then you'll be emailed whenever there's a new post on it.

Under 'my subscriptions' you should be able to cancel any subscriptions that you signed up to. Sometimes when you create an account, you are automatically signed up to the board or forum you were looking at. We canceled the automatic notification of new posts as some people were receiving too many emails.

However, we have had people say that they want to be notified of new posts. Therefore if you want the emails to stop, all you need to do is unsubscribe. If you have any problems unsubscribing then please let us know.

NOTE on Unsubscribing
You will not be able to unsubscribe if you have disabled 'pop up' windows. Briefly enable 'pop ups' and then click 'unsubscribe' to not receive email notification of new posts.
