Hi Freddy and welcome to the forum.

You will be stressed, it's only natural but I am sure that everything will be ok.

What company are you using?

Freddy my biggest tip in the first instance would be to find an IP/IVA Company you feel comfortable with and can rely on 100%....it really makes all the differance.
I came into this world with nothing and still have most of it left!

Cleardebt have an excellent reputation and Size5 who posts on here, works for them.

Unfortunately the waiting is something you have to put up with!

Hiya freddy,
Now you`ve started the IVA process each day is a day nearer to your debt solution. Stick in there, you`ll be sorted soon.
It seems like most IVA proposals do get accepted, creditors are better off getting whatever dividend you offer rather than nothing at all through bankruptcy.

Hi Freddy - as the others say - the waiting is all part of the process but use everyone on here for as much support as you need along the way - they will know more than anyone what you are feeling. I am sure size5 and the team will minimise the waiting to as little as is professionally possible.

Best of luck :-)

Hi Freddy, the uncertainty is the worst but I also found it an enormous relief knowing that I had a professional on side to help me sort through the mess and whatever happened they would find a solution for me that would be better than the debt hell I was living in.

Keep the faith!!
