Hi , after last week I mentioned that simple debt solutions had never done a review , I have been in iva since 2010 an coming up to my 3 rd review ,an I rang them as my boiler had been condemned , to ask for a payment break !
Well they then told me I will have to have a review as they have never received my wage slips or anything I have sent in , in the other two reviews !!! Never been contacted !! To be told this thou .
So I sent everything in again they asked for jus the wage slips from march last yr as I already had sent everything in an never received anything back ,
I get a phone call saying I owe money to them as I have ad bonus but spent on getting stuff done in house as new fencing , I hav receipts for . But I have always paid my £231 every mth !
They are now saying my payments are goin up to £400 a mth !!!!

I cannot afford this as my wages have never gone up in 3 yrs an last 4 mts iv been living off my husband arfter paying my half of the bills as my wage is basic but my bonus makes it up it varies so much thou !!
I know I may be in the wrong for getting a couple of good bonuses which has been spent on nescessity things !!
But how have they never done a review in 3 yrs an no contact the girl who has always dealt with my case has no left .
