Kazzy,i am so envious! i could do with losing a stone or 2,but also suffer with the typical yo-yo dieting syndrome.I just love food far too much to stick to a healthy eating plan & have too tried every diet going! i am a serial 'picker' & at the moment my motivation is zero! i tried jogging a while back but couldnt cope with my 'ladies bits' nearly knocking me out[:I]& i love swimming but cant stand the thought of people seeing my every lump & bump! Well done you for losing 3 stone! What an achievement! Xx

I can also relate to the 'self conscious' bit too.I dread seeing people who knew me when i was younger as i used to be so slim & even though ive only put on about 3 stone in the last few yrs i feel enormous.it takes me ages to get ready.Even just choosing an outfit for going to tesco can be a lengthy task as im so conscious of my weight[:I]& i refuse to have my photo taken!! But,its what's on the inside thats important & you ARE a lovely, caring person whatever weight you are.So keep up the good work!![:)]xx

Nobody would argue with us that's for sure![:D][:D]

I think the FF she is on about is the Birmingham one.

Hi again Guys, sorry been watching the final of BB. Woooohooo Rachel to win!!

We can all support one another, just like we do on the debt forum. It's amazing how much we all have in common isn't it. I do wonder whether the problems with debt have also provoked my comfort eating to make me feel better, but in reality it makes me feel worse.

I feel much more positive than I did yesterday. What do you think to weigh-ins on Fridays, that way if we have a dodgy weekend, we have the week to try to put it right without beating ourselves too much again.

I will start a new thread for the weigh-ins and support shortly.

Good luck everyone, and remember, nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.

Love to you all, Kazzy x
