Dusted myself down and am getting myself focused and sorted this week. Can't have another weekend like I just had. Life is too precious to allow debt to rule it. I am not going to allow this to beat me. Perhaps I needed to hit the brick wall to bounce back. Thanku hyperactive xx

This is awesome Denise that you posted my name like that. Coincidentally I got discharged from the sleep clinic at hospital today, my apnea has subsided significantly and I am now quite literally... hyperactive... compared to last year anyway[8D]

Well done Denise - that is exactly the right attitude to have - can do, not can't do...keep it going this week....small steps are just as big as large ones in the end - and sometimes it pays off to be a bit slower at the outset....
