Hi....i'm in my 5th year of my IVA with Payplan praise the lord. My student loan repayments of £272 are likely to end in Nov of this year. My annual review is usually completed in Oct and I will no doubt have to do the extra 12 months payments due to owning my own house. Will I have to declare this extra £272 to Payplan when my repayments stop?

Yes, as this will increase your disposable income. It is likely that your final IVA payments will increase accordingly.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
