Hi all!
Just looking for some information about being in an IVA and going to university.
One of the reasons I decided to start an IVA was so that I would have more manageable payments (now £160 down from £400++) so I could look at going to university.
I am wondering if I am able to take out a student loan or have a students bank account during my IVA. Am I able to use the student living allowance to contribute to my IVA monthly payments?
I will still make sure I earn enough money to cover my repayments by working part time.
If anyone has any experience or knowledge please let me know.
