After 5 and a half years, we received our Final report yesterday and can at last say , we made through to the other side. We have learned our financial lessons and are now looking forward to a brighter future.

As an extra bonus, we have also been told that we are entitled to keep our PPI claim money, which came through 4 days after the date of the final report. Not sure if this is because of an error on our IP's part or because the PPI company wasn't one of our creditors. But we are extremely grateful for the financial boost after a tough 5 years.

Thanks to all of those on the forum who have offered help and advice over the last 5 years. I hope to be able to repay this by helping others in the future.

Last monthly payment made 3 June 2013 after 6 long years. CC issued 21 August 2013, but, er, lost in the post. Finally got it 17 September.

If so, which IVA co are you with and own long after your final payment did it take ?

suppose to finish in january but had additional monies of 1600 pounds...i was so shocked as i was paying alot extra around 735 a month for nearly 4 years out of the five, well because i wanted to keep my pension they was a clause to take my pension money...anyway
one payment left next month of 149 pounds..thats easy peasy part, last 735 pounds just left my account on the 1st....cant wait..this forum has been fantastic for me, not many post but many comfort reading though
time is always the answer, stay focus and you will reach the end all in good time
