Hi everyone - I have been in an IVA for 4 months now and everything has pretty much settled down. Then this week my nan gets lots of calls (about 8 a day) with someone looking for me (I don't live with her anymore haven't done for 4 years!). I did some research with the phone number and it belongs to a company call Intrum Justitia,who chase debts for eBay. One of the creditors I had on my IVA was the debt I had with eBay (not a huge debt but nevertheless a debt).
I am not sure what to do next as its all out of the blue. I don't live at that address anymore so of course I want them to stop the harrassing calls, but I tried calling back and they were aggressive and would not listen. Do I forward my paperwork from the IVA to them? They definately can't chase me for this debt now that it's included in the IVA, right?
Send them a polite letter enclosing a copy of your IVA and inform them that they are bound by the IVA and to stop harrassing your nan. Otherwise ask your Supervisor (IP) to do that for you.

They can't touch you as they are bound by the IVA.
I'd get my IP to contact them and tell them to stop harrassing me.

Hi thanks for the responses. I told my IP the situation and the calls stops, but now the same person has started calling again (everyday this week) my nan and yesterday, interrogating my 8 year old cousing "Do you know her? Where does she live?". The point is that I'm not there, I don't live there anymore so I am not going to be there to answer the phone! I am more annoyed that they were questioning a child, trying to get an answer from her.
Shall I just contact my IP again? Get in touch with them directly?
I would do what David has suggested. Write to them and enclose a copy of your IVA agreement and politely explain to them that they are bound legally by its terms.
Also tell them you will report them for harassment against your nan if they carry on calling her.
