If it's from Student finance England they don't credit check anyway, funding amendment as from next academic year all Level 3 and above learners are eligible to apply. Not dependant on income nor are you credit checked. I feel it will mean more courses accessible to the learner and no need to pay back until you earn in excess of 21,000. Not sure what it will do for the retention and achievement data but should bring some numbers into FE.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
