Dear all,

I have been sorting out some paper work.Firm representing me is GT. I suddenly realised my supervisor is Gareth neil and not Mark Allen.
Mr.Allen being nominee.
I have never spoken to either of them, which is a pity.Usually have to deal with some one else.

I notice it is a very common issue with people in IVA that they almost never have any contact with their supervisor.

It would be nice for a supervisor to have a meeting with their client to know each other soon after acceptance of IVA.

Has any one got any experience with Gareth Neil of GT as their supervisor.

Thanks.
Hara.

Gareth Neil is my supervisor also, I've never spoken to him, have been dealing with GT for the last 8 months. Have spoken to several other people in his team who have all been able to answer my questions, so the lack of contact has not been a concern of mine yet.

I know Gareth Neill and he is a very professional insolvency practitioner with lots of experience of IVAs and personal insolvency. He works out of the Belfast office of Grant Thornton, and has a solid team behind him who assist him on a day to day basis.

Dear all,

I have received a letter to day from GT which has the name of Mark Allen as supervisor.

Chairman'report has the name of Gareth Neil as supervisor. All other correspondences has the name of Mark Allen.

Positively I must say I have been happy with GT as I am able to contact some one and they have been helpful.

Both Mark Allen and Gareth Neill are excellent chaps, and posters will be in safe hands with either of them!

Although she is a very good staff member, Dawn is not an IP herself!

I am also with GT and have never spoken to Mark Allen who is our nominee but I cannot speak highly enough of both Jim Maxwell and Nancy Woods, both from the Belfast office, in fact if it hadn't have been for Nancy I think I would have given up a long time ago she is great and she even emails me every now and then.

Dear all,

Dawn Shelly was my original contact recommended by CAB,I met her once at the begining. She is a delightful helpful Lady, who always retutned my calls and helped in any way she could.I have had contact with Jim Maxwell as well but not Nancy woods. As my IVA process progressed,My cotacts also have changed.

Over all from my own experience and seeing posting on this site,we all appear to be in good hands.
