Hi juditka

If your IVA has not been accepted by creditors yet, then this is very easy - just tell the IP that they are disinstructed and find someone else to act for you.

If your IVA has been accepted, then I am afraid that you are pretty stuck with that IP, as they can only be replaced by an Order of the Court or a resolution of creditors. It is inlikely that you would want to go to the additional expenses of pursuing either route.

Key thing with all of this is find an IP you trust from day one!
