BT were awful for me towards the end. I lost count of the number of new home hubs I had sent out to me. Since changing to Sky for broadband and phone (I already had Sky TV) I've had very little trouble, only had to phone a couple of times and any problems can usually be resolved by resetting the modem.

Certainly was am more than happy and as an added bonus, hubby was downstairs (the invalid) and the Sky man gave him an 'eye' to fix his ladder to everytime he goes up one in future! Pity his firm didn't think of issuing proper equipment!

He's a lot more mobile now and staples out Tuesday so I think then he'll feel better as they're driving him crazy!

Still no word from his employer though! Going to put his time sheet and paperwork through their door later today and I've included a sarcastic note, informing them of his condition and recovery!
