"Just under four months" is about two months too long for a simple consumer based IVA, but at then end of the day so long as you feel you have received good service then sometimes that is all that matters.

I must say not sure what a simple one was> It was a joint IVA with my wife involving a lot of creditors nearly 190,000 of debt the time doid include the initial advice and process with Debts.co.uk. I am no way defending this companies actions, but i am aware when i was going through the process and read threads regarding Synergi it terrified me that i could have gone with a bad company. My point of posting is just in case other people out there are already to far in with them read it a see that they also do have sucess stories to try to put there minds at rest.
