Well, didn't really understand the paperwork cf sent us re the report so emailed greg at cf. he re sent the same paperwork but........ The figures on the copy he sent us were different? On the paperwork we got through the post it says 44% accepted, on the email paperwork Greg sent it now says 100%. Something seems dodgy!

Has anyone actually seen a copy of the variation report or just received the Chairman's report of the outcome?

I've requested a copy of the variation report Michael.
I've been told it could be sometime because of a back-log of requests - now I wonder why that would be......

Seems strange. If we do a variation for a client a copy is kept in a PDF. If the client or any creditor requests a copy we can send it in seconds.

For those of us who have not agreed to a change to our IVA contract by CF, I wonder what the outcome could be. Would they be instructed to reverse the variation or would it be declared null and void or just left as it is. What normally happens in these situations?

This is all very worrying, and all very confusing. I have not received anything from CF (yet) about the variation, and didn't receive anything in March either. Just the "red envelope" back in December. I didn't agree to the new terms.
I don't understand why people who have already got their CCs have been included? With only 4 months left for me personally, I just want the whole thing over and to move on with my life. Would there be any implications for me personally if I am indeed included, and the charges are retrospective? I'm trying to remain calm, as I haven't yet received anything, but still, can't help my mind wandering! Worried they will say not enough money has been paid across and there is a shortfall if they up the fees?

Lou74.
Hopefully you are unaffected as they did seem to try and remove any minimum dividend requirement when the fess were upped. If you are repaying 100p in the £ it is possible that your payments would increase but other than that this should not lead to extra contributions.

With a bit of luck your IVA will be over and the certificate issued by Christmas.

Thanks for the reassurance Michael. Yes, I'm really hoping for it to be all over by Christmas, and I'm no where near to 100p in the £.
I really feel for those who are a way off from completion yet. The last thing needed is more stress and anxiety. At least this should not lead to increases in contributions though. Its just very unsettling to be in the hands of a company that are acting like this, as you know your personal interests are not in their thoughts at all.

I have two replies from CF (neither is the variation report)

1. From Greg Balfour "your IVA was not included in the MVM because you had declined"

2. From Chris on customer services "ALL active PJG IVAs were included in the MVM to bring everyone into line with our company practice"

I still have no paperwork from them.

In 2 deep. I have not got a clue, well actually I have and I suspect it is Chris from customer service. I have had an incorrect answer from Greg before.... when we were all discussing savings.

Can anyone confirm if we were charged £300 for the privelege of CF convening a meeting about something we did not want to be part of please?
