Still nothing:(
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Letter received today from CF apologising stating the report was issued in error, and out terms and conditions have not been changed!

What utter incompetence - steer clear anyone considering an IVA!

Nothing for me yet either lifenoteasy. Maybe we are in the "next" batch lol. I haven't really got a clue whether mine was included or not as I have, as you know been told both that it has and that it hasn't. My dog could do a more efficient job. Sheesh.

I have received a letter apologising told me to ignore the Creditor report that was sent to me and my original t&c's stand. What on earth is going on with them? another very stressful week it has been at their hands again!

I dont think they realise how clued up and knowledgable we all are about ivas and the do's, dont's, can's & cant's!! Thanks to Mel, her team and the experts on here for instilling such knowledge and information. I would be lost if it wasnt for Mels excellent advice, time, communication and this forum. It was a stressful week but thankful theyve retracted. Roll on their next trick!!!

It's unacceptable that this is how many of us feel about our IVA company. We should NOT be having to expect lies, misinformation and trickery.

What a terrible, terrible company to deal with and how are they getting away with it?

I dread to think how many people in IVAs get screwed over by unscrupulous practices because they can't trust their IP to give them the truth.

I find it incredible that companies are allowed to get away with this sort of thing. It seems to me that as the more honest, helpful, small companies go to the wall the greed will be rampant. I certainly feel that regulation should and must be tightened - at the moment it feels as if there is no such thing as regulation and even if there is, nobody is particularly keen to tighten it up and make large companies play fair.

Companies like Creditfix are making IVA''s not fit for purpose.

At least you know the official receiver will pay with a straight bat!!

Two weeks since I emailed and not a whisper back....I'm starting to become very very annoyed.

Might give them a friendly call next week.
