Just wondering, did anyone ever get a response on this? We had a letter and it was definitely more than 14 days ago but still no questions answered.

I got a letter on Friday. It said that the report was issued in error and no creditor meeting was held. It apologised for the confusion caused.
They have not issued me with the statement of receipts and dividends I asked for three weeks ago however. That will be chased up tomorrow.
