Until my Creditors meeting. 10:30 on Wednesday

The nerves are slowly kicking in now. Thankfully I have managed to get the whole day off work, so if (as I expect) I do not to sleep tomorrow night, at least I will not be a zombie at work

HUGE thanks to Melanie and her team for all their work, advice and help with this, it has certainly made a painful journey for me a lot easier and comfortable to take, and all I can do is wait

Good luck to anyone else having their meeting soon

Hi Althas
Very best of luck for tomorrow. I know you will be feeling nervous but remember your IVA would not have been put forward if your IP was not confident it would pass.
Let us know how you get on.

Thanks

Good Luck Althas for wednesday, you have a really good IP by the looks of it especially if you read comments made about Melanie and her team on this forum.

I also made myself available at home just in case I needed to answer any questions other than what had already been discussed with my IP before the meeting.

Fingers crossed for both you and Melanie.

Best Wishes BP

Good luck!

A lot of creditors tend to vote at the last minute or request an adjournment, so I wouldn't expect to an answer straight away. But relax- you'll be fine!

Fingers crossed for you. :)
Take care,

Melanie's team is pretty good at informing you straight away.

For myself, our meetings were at 3.30 and at 3.45 we had the call.

Good luck from me too. I agree that you are in the best of hands and hopefully you can open a couple of cold ones on Wednesday night.

Good Ip's arent in the habit of proposing IVA's they dont think will get approved so rest assured that Mel and her team will have done the business for you and everything will be fine!!

You are in first class hands - just to encourage you - my husband is with Melanie and his IVA was a difficult one off type - even one of Melanie's senior associates told him he doubted whether she would get one part through - she did - all of it at the first attempt. This after several companies told him he would never get an IVA!! Melanie cannot be beaten. J
