Hi all. We are completely new to the forum, so be gentle with us !!! We are just in the initial stages with Payplan at the moment - have signed to allow them to act on our behalf. We think IVA will be best for us ( 1for me & 1 for my wife )but any advice welcome. Total debt is just over 38K. 23K in my name 7K in my wifes, and 7K joint, mainly to bank & cc's.We live in rented accom.Able to pay £470 to creditors.
Been a nightmare but we have finally taken our heads out of the sand and woken up to the reality of our situation. We've been reading lots of the info on here, and found it a real help.

we'll make it !!
we'll make it !!

Hi Roadrunners and welcome to the forum. Don't worry, we are all friendly on here and you will get a lot of help and support from the forum. So that one of the experts can advise you please can you post some details of your income and expenditure, and also who your creditors are and how much each is owed.

Good luck, I'm sure you'll find a solution to your problems x

Oh olympic torch I so wanted to say beep-beep, but thought maybe I shouldn't! Hey maybe there's an Acme IVA we can send for. Open it, do all the designs and diagrames, wait for the right moment, put it into action and...fall off a big huge cliff. Hmmm maybe I'll stick with Melanie.

Hi there
thanks to everyone for your support. It really helps knowing that other people are going through similar to us, and that we can "talk" openly about our probs to more thanjust each other. This is the first time we've spoke about our finances to anyone else. We will post with more details Skippy but its just too late now, and we definately need our beauty sleep.
thanks again
K & M

we'll make it !!
