If you get a tax rebate do you have to pay it all into your IVA or is it classed as overtime and you only pay 50%.

A tax rebate will be deemed to be a windfall and will therefore be dealt with under those provisions of your IVA.

my IVA states that any windfall over £500 has to be given to the IVA. My tax rebate was £595. Do i pay all of that or just the amount over the £500.

£95 will be sufficient, but I suggest you put the £500 away as a buffer for a rainy day.
