Did you submit the review on http://www.iva.com ?
If so you might want to contact them using http://www.iva.com/contact_us.asp

I may be wrong, but I am not aware that iva.co.uk has a review section???
Tell it like it is.

Tori, I feel the same, I'm going to go to nightschool and learn all about them cos it's just not funny when it's something simple but I can't fix it. Hope you get it sorted. X

Hi Tori
When you left your review on the iva site did you register your details first ? I had the same problem with it not showing up ? I then found i had to sign up ? As for you not finding your emails have yu checked your deleted folder as some Emails might show up a spam ( junk ) mail and go straight to the bin ??
