She was lovely and I would just like to let Melanie know she has a brilliant support team. Fingers crossed our lives maybe made a lot easier if it goes through!!! Thanks to everybody on this forum as well for there advise. It is a godsend...

There is always somebody to give a bit of support if you feel down or advice if you have a query. I didnt post when going through the initial stages, in fact I think it was just after approval but just reading the posts gave me great support in a few very down moments.
