temporary release from land register

i have asked my ip if i can remorgage,he said this is ok.
i have a remorgage ready to cover my morgage and my second charge,but the problem is my house as a land register on it to the iva company.
the new morgage company cant lend me the money until i ger this released,can i ask my ip to release it until my new morgage comes through and then register it again.

Yes - just get your IP to liaise with your solicitor in this regard.
