Hi guys meeting was today at 11.30 had a call by 11.45am f&f settlement accepted what a relief just wanted to thank everyone who has helped me on here especially Kazzafunk she has helped me through my dark days the last few weeks and also to Mcambridge and Duffy for being so fantastic on my last twelve months of a rollercoaster (roisin) especially would recommend MD to anyone just stating out down the IVA route again thanks to all off you on here you all deserve a medal xxx[:D][:D][:D]

Thanks for the thanks Parjay! I am so so pleased for you as I know it's been a horrible time for you. Now you can put it all behind you and look to the future.

I agree McCambridge Duffy are a fab choice and one of only a few companies I am happy to resommend on here.

Do you have to pay the money over within a certain time?

When you discuss a F&F with your IP company they normally discuss when you can get hold of the funds and write that into the variation submission (ours was 3 months from the date of the meeting).

Then once that's all agreed and paid then we just wait for our completion letter and for the IVA to disappear off the insolvency register.

Cleaning up your credit record will be the next step (one I won't be thinking off just yet!!)

have been told will recieve a letter with acceptance then pay monies over asap but on the letter I have it states they must recieve monies in 28days asoon as I have that letter money will be paid from mom.Kazzafunk no probs I wish I could give you a big hug ( ) had some more good news today mom bless has booked for us all to go to america in July all paid for cant belive it so its been a really good day xx

Thanks - having physical and mental health problems myself I understand your family problems.

That's a fantastic thing to happen at the end of your IVA!! You have a wonderful Mum!! Whereabouts in America are you going to?

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
