Hi goneskint and welcome to the forum.

I think it all depends on individual circumstances. The only one I have in common with you is GE money as I had two store cards with them, and they didn't vote - infact most of mine didn't but my IVA went through.

Good luck for the 28th, keep us posted.

hi and welcome!

good luck for your creditors meeting!

at our creditors meeting we had 3 of your creditors

northern rock - they voted yes
capital one - they voted no
creation - they did not vote

our iva got accepted - remember your ip would not put your proposal forward if they did not think it had a good chance of going through!

try not to get too stressed the next couple of weeks - keep busy and it will soon be here!

good luck and let us know how you go on so we can celebrate with you!

love barb x

ps 28th is a good date - ours was accepted on 28th april!
12 down - 60 to go! woo hoo!

Hi goneskint ... welcome to the Forum. Just wanted to wish you good luck for 28th May ... do you know what dividend your IVA will offer to your creditors?

Im no expert by any means but from what Ive read of the posts here anyone with an IVA that has NR as a creditor has the IVA spread over a 6 year rather than a 5 year span. Having said that- I repeat-Im no expert and one will be along any moment to answer your query!

Very Best of Luck to you!
May
