nr was hubbys main creditor, his iva got approved and we were offering 30p in the £1 - melanie giles is our ip, who is yours?, and our iva is over 6 years not 5!

Wow,so many replies,thanks all for your best wishes and help[:)].I do have another general question if you all wouldent mind!! As i have said my meeting is on the 28th of may,i have opened up another bank account( a co op cashminder).,but have yet to get my wages sorted to go to it.As my bank account is with abbey,and one of the loan amounts is with them,would they take this last amount still even if my iva was agreed,as apparently they are intitled to under that law of something...the name escapes me sorry

i would get your wages paid into the co op account, cancel all your direct debits and standing orders with the abbey, draw any money out of the abbey and then advise the abbey you are applying for a iva that way they will know you cannot make your loan payment - if i am wrong i am sure someone will correct me!
