It is actually used quite a lot, but a lot of people don't realise this.

What do you actually mean about IVA and BR fees? And what do you actually know of the workings of my profession?
Be advised that fees in bankrutpcy proceedings are generally much higher than in IVAs, but I do not intend to get into a long debate over this subject.
I am sorry but I am really having some difficulty in understanding the wording of your posts. If you want me to reply to a sensibly worded question, please be more specific about the points you require answering.

Yes Onechance you are correct I have pulled your membership to this forum and not the thread.
There are no firms that do not charge fees for IVAs or bankruptcy work.
You must have some knowledge of the industry before making sweeping statements.
