It's important to know what bailiffs can and can't do. For some time now unscrupulous companies have been taking advantage of people's ignorance. Debts.org/bailiffs made it really clear.

Yes, a useful guide especially if the bailiff has been peacefully let in previously. Quite frightening!

Just wanted to pipe in as well. It's sooooo kind of Ian and all the other experts to give their time to this forum and for free!! I've only been reading the forum for a couple of weeks but am massively impressed!
