Precisly! You don't mess with the OR!

Kyla, if your only problem is with the IP you chose, then change. It's not too late.

Agreed - the OR is one department you don't want to mess with.

Kyla.
I do feel for you. You are having to do quite a lot of hanging around. If you are truly not happy then it is not too late. Get on the phone first thing tomorrow and try some different companies and keep trying until you find one that you feel comfortable with.
The whole bankruptcy and hiding income thing would not be a good move (you know this!) The OR would always be one step ahead!
Just take a few deep breaths and commit yourself to starting over tomorrow.

Kyla -- I look at it this way -- after years of worry and stress about debts, I wouldn't want more years of worry and stress about whether I was going to be caught out or not.

Believe me, these skeletons DO have a way of finding their own ways out of their cupboards.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I'm pleased to see that you are more positive today Kyla and that you're going to get your IVA proposal back on track. If there is anything in the proposal that you're not sure about then come on here and someone will be able to help.

Glad we were able to help.

Im so sorry Kyla - this is turning into a nightmare for you.

I would give them a ring & ask for them to put you straight as to what is going on with your proposal & the change over.
