Just had a call from Tom at Melanie's office to inform us that our IVA's have been approved. Just a slight mod of an extra £10 per month. I think we can live with that!!
A big thank you to all of Mel's team, from Tina in the first instance, to Angela for answering the phone to my daft questions, to Tom and Melanie.
Also to everyone who wished us luck and sent positive thoughts on the forum. I will keep watching and posting and will see if we can make it to the FF meeting in Brum in November. It would be great to meet some of you lovely ladies and gents in the flesh.
Once again, thanks to everyone.
I'm off to buy a big bottle of wine now. Won't drink it straight away though as I haven't eaten all day!!
Carl.

Fabulous news, enjoy your wine and I would argue that there is nothing wrong with getting a tadge squiffy from time to time, especially if you have had such good news.

Hi Swans girl.
I understand that you are a big Swansea City fan. I can come clean now and admit that the 'ram' part of my user name comes from the fact that (for my sins) I am a Derby County fan. Hope you can forgive me for the Ferrie Bodde situation. I have always had a soft spot for Swansea since they got into the old 1st division years back and topped the table for a while. Good luck for the season and go easy on us on the 16th please!!
Carl.

hee hee Carl, well thats brightened my day - I'm having a pretty rough one in work today.

I never blamed Derby for wanting Bodde, he's an evil genius by the way [}:)]. So relieved when he didn't go, especially when he scored a screamer on Saturday.

Are you coming down on the 16th??? Knowing the Swans we'll end your bad run for you - thats typical us [:D] I wish Derby well too, apart from when we play you of course.

Great news Davram ... time to sit down and relax ... you are now in a warm place [:D][:D]

Thnak you all so much.
Girls are both home now so don't have to drive anywhere so the wine is open. We will raise a glass to you all. In the words of the poet:
"Cheers you lot!!"
