when you enter into an iva you are full of uncertainty about what it entails.
i still am and only 5months in,but when you weigh up what it was like before,its a worry that feels far better and you got a certain amount of control.
this is what people, who like me was worried sick before feel after you get accepted for an iva.
i still think theres a lot more that could be done to bring a bit more common rules to iva's like the overtime and payrise issues that seem to be a bit hit and miss at the min.
i have to pay 50% overtime (not a prob)but my wife has to pay nothing.
a few hard and fast regulations so all ips and creditors work from same hym sheet
so an appearence on panarama would be great to get a reaction from creditors side of things while this super set of people here can put there points of veiw over
sorry its gone on a bit,got carried away
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards

We should have Melanie. Andy and David on the Sofa and the audience made up of people who have completed an IVA..Done a F&F..Now in an IVA..those who had an failed IVA (sorry Skippy)...and those contemplating an IVA.....
