Terry, if you have problems hearing and your case is complicated you can request a face to face interview with the OR.

Personally speaking I think that would be better - no chance of misunderstandings that way.

I agree, face to face would be preferable and I'm sure they'll accomodate you. x

I might be wrong actually Terry so long as no third party will have access to the recording and it's only for your use then it should be ok. But I still go on previous post if any concerns over hearing I would do as Skippy suggests and request a face to face meeting. x

firstly i did request a face to face but its a long way to go for it,next i may well change my job if my health does not emprove,i currently spent £1000 at work per month before ive earnt a penny,a lease taxi and fuel per month,so in reality my next job could be £1000 less only time will tell
never cment on me speling its rubbish and i didnt go to schola lot okk

made bankrupt 1st august 2012 at 10.00am
now disharged so bankrupt no more thank god im free of debt now

Just make sure that you understand everything that the OR is telling you and explain about your hearing problem.

Get one of your family to listen to the recording afterwards so that you are sure that you are happy with everything that has been said.

well you see what happened was my nice phone broke,it had a great speaker phone on it very loud,so i had to buy a cheapy phone untill my upgrade in october and the speaker phone side aint great,i will have my partner here to help in case i miss-understand the OR questions,hopefully they will have a clear english voice

You'll probably find the call doesn't last 2 hours. I was told to allow an hour but in the end it only took 20 minutes.

Terry - a better idea would be to do a blog rather than a post. It's always visible then.
