Because of Viki's enormous positivity, coupled with a smattering of genuine Scouse good humour and true grit, it is difficult for all of us to imagine how she and her hubby must be feeling this weekend to give up a business they have put so much time and effort into over the last couple of years, and see it handed over to someone else.
On behalf of all of the forum posters who have got to know you, and a few of us who have had the privilege of meeting your personally, can I say how much we appreciate your constant support at a time when you must have so many emotions rattling round your head and heart.
Stay strong and keep positive together and you will get through this. I know that Viki would love to work in the debt industry as a counsellor, so if there are any North West IP firms looking in this evening (Ian, Size 5, BE??) and you are looking for a loyal and hardworking member of staff who really cares about real people, then look no further - she is right on your doorstep! And I shall be keeping my eyes peeled for opportunities that other people I know up there might have for you.
