Ah thanks rb, I'm still sat here waiting for the solicitors call! I actually feel a bit better now, hubby keeps making me giggle, taking my mind off it. Hope everything is ok with you hun. X

Well, I'm still sitting here waiting for the solicitor to phone. Apparently the buyer's solicitor has transferred the money to my solicitor but my solicitor hasn't had the funds yet so she has told me not to go down and hand the keys over until she calls me.

The buyer has phoned a couple of times now and she doesn't sound too happy, she sais she's fed up waiting.

Anyone knows how EFTs work?

Viki, I hope she has phoned with good news!

What a nightmare having to sit and wait. You must just want it over and done with now. I hope those funds go through ok, then you can get on with the rest of your (debt free) life.

I've sent you an email, but will put my congrats on here as well. Don't those stars and words look good?

Well deserved - your posts are an inspiration.[:)]

Aw, thats fab news Viki, I can't imagine how you must have been feeling today. The waiting is a nightmare in itself isn't it? Time now for your new life and to look to the future. Hope you and hubby are ok, you have been so strong during this time and you deserve to rest now and chill for a while. Take good care of yourselves - congrats on forum expert status, by the way. Good news Vicki, hope the transfer went well.
Just think, it's not the end of an era it's the start of a new one. You've obviously had an impact on all your loyal customers and can now take with you all the memories and experiences onto the next stage.
It's not often we get chance to take a break, reflect and start anew. Enjoy it and take your time, the treadmill will wait.
