There should be no implications for you apart from you will have to demonstrate that you pay a percentage towards the household.
Im sure one of the experts can explain better.

Hi
He will need to inform his IP that you have moved in so that he can fill out a new income and expenditure form. His IP will just want to know that he is paying a fair proportion towards his living costs compared to incomes,so for example if he earns 66% of the total household income he will be expected to pay 66% of all bills, instead of the current 100%.In effect his disposible income will increase and he will possibly have to pay more into his IVA.
Your credit score will not be affected

The IVA will show on your credit report as an association, if you live at the same address.

However, it is possible to submit a letter of Financial Disassociation to the credit reference agencies if you are concerned about this at all.

Andy is right, it will have no affect on your actual ‘credit score’.

Mike, I thought that was only if you had an joint accounts? Dave has just had a mortgage approved at a fairly good (I think) rate and I live with him and I'm bankrupt.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

It has no actual affect but will show up on the association section of an experian credit report.

If some one was bothered about this association they could write a letter of Financial Disassociation which would be included in the credit report.

I suspect you are not on the actual mortgage.

Dave doesn't know that - perhaps I won't mention it!
