I did try to look at their forum last week and although the iva council logo was there, it was blank! Now, obviously, it's disappeared! Hmm, I wonder if their top forum member will appear here?!

I am so gutted that I won't get a letter off them!!!!!!!!! I shall feel so left out!!!!!!!!

Hopefully they have disappeared for good!

My IP has sent me a letter already warning me of these people like the IVA council sending out these letters, also if i get one and send it in to him in a pre paid envelope i get a £10 shopping voucher [:)] i am kind of looking forward to mine now [;)]

Your IP must have money to burn! Personally I would not waste mine on this mindless rubbish. Which IP firm are you using as a matter of interest?

once got a phone call telling me i had been mis sold my iva they claimed to be my ip company phone showed it was a international number b4 i answered so i used my mobile to ring my ip quickly exsplained the situation to them they told me what to ask what to say told details to give and address he had to send his grievences to we both had alot of fun that afternoon
