THE IVA MEETING ?

On the day of the IVA meeting do all the creditors actually get together and discuss various cases or do the not meet up !
Any ideas ?

Creditors usually vote by phone, fax or post I believe john. X

i had 12 creditors none turned up and only 3 voted

It has been at least three years since a creditor has turned up at one of my meetings, and even then it was an employee who was just being nosy! Everything now is done by post, fax or e-mail - supposed to make life easier, but from an IP's perspective not really the case!!

Yes I spend a lot of time talking to myself - even my staff think I am a little nutty! You'll be there in spirit John, and everything will be crossed for you my end!
