YES.
Hi. I posted a while back about losing my job and not being able to find work just into the last year of our IVA. Variation was arranged for today to see if the creditors would take payments to date to finish our IVA.
Got a lovely call this afternoon to say it has all been agreed. WHOO HOO.
So happy. It is big weight off my mind. Just got to wait now for all paperwork.
Thanks everyone that commented on my previous posts.

Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

That's brilliant news and shows common sense on the part of your IP and the creditors. You must be glad to be able to draw a line under this now.

Thank you all.
It is a huge relief for us and 1 less thing for us to worry about. Things are finally starting to look up. After losing my job and also being taken to court by my ex employers this year had so far been lousy. The court case went my way and now the IVA is over.
Onward and upward for me.
