My husband and I are currently in the process of an IVA application. This has been going on since October and as yet a meeting date with the creditors has not been set. I have called the company on several occasions only to keep being told the document is with the underwriters. I was finally informed that due to the workload, our file had been passed to the company's sister company for processing and we would be contacted shortly to inform us of this. Things with our creditors are currently in a bad way, obviously we are now approaching over three months of missed payments and each time I phone the company we are going through, I feel I keep getting submissive answers. My husband and I have been very quick in sending documentation back but this does not appear to have made a difference. Can you offer any advice on our position, I don't feel we have had any support from the company, however we are not in a positive to move elswhere either. Help......

Haven't we already responded to this on an earlier post? I don't know what is the matter with the forum at the moment, but posts keep getting duplicated. Can you throw any light on this Kallis, as I am wondering if I am going mad!

As an aside, why do you feel that you cannot move to another IP?

I think that the posters are submitting the questions again as the title of the topics are usually different.

It may be that they are not sure which area to post in and so by posting twice they can be sure of getting an answer?

Other than that I haven't got a clue. I'll email admin tomorrow and see what they have to say.

Oops sorry Jan - I rarely initiate a post myself, so I am never sure how that really works.
