Has finally been lifted, IVA approved today after a 24 hour delay! If this is what day one feels like I cannot wait until tomorrow! It will be tough, but already the Wife and I are speaking more than we have been for a long time. Things like menus, food shopping what our treat at the end of the Month will be(a bottle of Shiraz not Chateau Neuf du Pape ). Life has been very tough, with illness and a family member passing away. But we are now looking forward to not owing a penny to our creditors and then enjoying the money for ourselves after 5 years.

I cannot thank Melanie Giles, Tina Shortland, Marc Hunter and Amie Johns enough for their support during the process and their professionalism in dealing with my IVA proposal. They even managed to keep my Dogs payments higher than the creditors wanted due to his prescription needs. Thank You so very much.

It will get better as you go along.

you will feel many emotions throughout the IVA,believe me!!

Good decision made though and to say it will be life changing is an under statement,

A brilliant result - and I am so pleased creditors accepted the additional expenditure for the furry member of the family. Most of you who kno me well know that I have a huge passion for our canine four legged friends - and things like this are really important to me, so well done to you and your creditors for making such a good and sensible deal.

I know - I keep telling the twins that they have some furry cousins who are going to come and visit them in the New Year!
