The tax office have issued a restraint order against me for the period the IVA is supposed to cover.

Hi Andrew,could you give me more details about the restraint order against you. Iam considering a iva because i owe the tax and vat and others many thanks

Not sure what you mean by a restraint order. Do you mean that HMRC have a walking possession order over any of your assets? If this has been done post-IVA for pre-IVA debt, the it is not valid and you should inform your IP so that they can speak to them.
