So, I was getting quite upset last night cos I can't afford to get my nieces anything for Christmas. As is usual for me, when I get upset I start cleaning (I'm sure hubby causes rows with me sometimes just for this effect!![:D]). Anyways, I was clearing out my bedroom cupboard/junk closet and low and behold found Christmas presents I'd bought god only knows when which are suitable for my lovely nieces, something for my mum and something for my sister. Needless to say, I will be heading for other cupboards this weekend to see if anything else turns up[:D][:D]

Will do Debbi. Tell you what though. It proved to me just how bad my spending habits were. I found 6 presents, 10 pairs of shoes, a top that had never been worn that had obviously fallen off the hanger. I didn't even know I had it!!, 5 handbags (some with half empty packets of cigarettes in - I quit smoking in June!!!), a basketball (huh, I don't play basketball), and loads of other stuff that I never knew I had!!! All in the bottom of 1 cupboard.

I was quite amazed and a little distressed about it to be honest[:I]

LOL - what you like?? At least you've got a new top to wear at xmas now, without having to go buy one.

Get your hubby to walk around the house in it for a few days, then it will be stretched.
I'm glad you found the pressies for your nieces, see things are looking up!

Glad you found a few presents johnz, less you have to spend out.

I thought I was going to have to buy a new pair of shoes for my works Christmas party last week, first I thought I would pull all my cupboards out and see if I could avoid this.
I found 6 pairs of shoes all still in boxes and never worn - some of these are over 4 years old!!! Luckily they are all strappy high heels so are not out of fashion!!!

I have enough shoes for the next 6 Christmas Parties[:D][:D]
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes
